The Kavoussi Family Outstanding Teacher Award is awarded to an individual who exemplifies the highest qualities of a teacher in the field of reproductive medicine annually at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine annual scientific conference. Dr. Suheil Muasher, professor of reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Duke fertility center was awarded at the 2018 conference. Dr. Muasher has trained many reproductive specialists over the years and has published over 200 scientific articles in the field of reproductive sciences.
